Our New Staffers Can Do More Push-Ups Than You

Our office collectively LOL-ed when we saw Idaho Ad Agencies beat us to the scoop on our own new hire announcement. It's all good, but it served as a reminder that journalists (and bloggers) are always paying attention. Even a tidbit as innocuous as a new employee can shape the perception of who you are as a company and can leave on-lookers wondering why you waited so darn long to get the word out. In this case, it's because we thought we might have one more new hire to announce. But mum's the word on that front—for now!
We call her "The Muscle" around here for a reason. Whether she's keeping the agency's budget forecast in line or improving our efficiency when it comes to producing excellent client work, Jenai is already a force of nature in the office. She is a proud University of Idaho Vandal who cut her teeth at KPMG after graduating. She's thrilled to have landed at a business devoted to doing good. More on Jenai here.
Zen and the Art of Client Management might be the name of new Producer Ashley Ridgway's future memoir. The latest addition to Oliver Russell's all-star team of account executives, Ashley honed her skills at lululemon athletica and Bodybuilding.com. She came to Boise by way of Bend and is a proud Linfield College alumna. Today, Ashley is the lead on one of our largest accounts, but she still makes time to teach the occasional lunch-hour yoga class for her colleagues. Get the full scoop on Ashley here.
Masouma Rezayi has the inner strength of the toughest CrossFitter out there (Jenai included) but most impressively she can do MATH IN HER HEAD (like, seriously, without a calculator!). This accomplished bookkeeper and Global Talent Idaho intern is a refugee from Afghanistan who has lived in Boise for two years with her husband and six-year-old son. She says she loves being a part of the Oliver Russell community, participating in lunch-hour yoga and monthly volunteer activities. We love her sense of humor, willingness to share her culture (and food), and appreciate her financial skills tremendously!
We're always on the lookout for the next member of the Oliver Russell family. Think you have what it takes? Shoot your resume and cover letter (bonus points for a video of yourself singing karaoke) to info@oliverrussell.com.
